Why is there disturbance in my laptop speakers after dust clean-up?

My dad dust cleaned my laptop a few days ago and since then my speakers aren't working properly. There's such an annoying disturbance when I listen to music or watch videos that I can't do that anymore. I think that there's probably nothing I can do about it but if there's a way it can be fixed PLEASE tell me! I'm desperate ;_;
