Is Iyogi fake or legit? also is there an infection? need help?
I've noticed a problem on my computer and it's possible there is an infection so naturally I tryed to get the customer support number for Norton which is what i'm running then the number I called which was linked to Norton came up with a company called Iyogi instead who saids there an independent company that provide assistance with norton so I allowed them remote access to computer with a program that they claim completey went away after I clicked the red X icon to terminate the connection so they observed some areas of my computer which I admit made me feel pretty uncomfortable and I was wondering do they still have access to my computer? Also the infection I was mentioning which they told me was an infection was related to what I found on my norton products history section where it saids "Unauthorized access logged" it comes up with this everytime I log onto my computer. So I have no idea what that means. Is there malware/key-logger/infection on my computer? also can iyogi remotely access my computer again? or am I perfectly fine and worrying for nothing? the reason i'm anxious about this is that I researched Iyogi a bit and it's kind of half and half some people say it's a scam and that there computers were accessed via remote by iyogi and others say it was perfectly fine so i'm not sure. Also I looked on the norton forum, someone said that the "unauthorized access" bit that was picked in my Norton's scan when I looked in it's history that it was nothing and that it only registered my own OS logging in when my computer started up and that theres nothing to worry about is that true?. Any advice would be much appreciated about Iyogi and the possibility of an infection on my computer.
