Why Does LAPD *********?

I mean they suck there no help like i know my issue wasnt as major but still at least they should have at least done something.We called 911 to report a public disturbance issue referring to that there was this one drunk individual that was screaming and cussing out our home like he was acting so crazy that started kicking our fence-thing we have outside like and he wouldnt stop screaming for two straight hours and i waited for and we waited for an hour and they didnt even appear until that guy FINALLY left.THATS TOTAL B$ FROM THEM!!!Sorry just wanted to share this $hit that just happened to us
