If tupac started rapping today would he be even remotely successful?

all he ever did was about Hos and money and only had like 10 decent songs. How would he stack up against today's greats (Rick Ross, lil wayne, Soulja boy, Gucci Mane, kanye west etc) who do so much more than that?
