Any way to remote to android phones?

I work in the IT department at my company and we were looking to see if anyone knew of a way to remote (desktop) into an android phone. Sometimes we get calls from people who don't know much about technology and ask for help with their phones (some of these people are hundereds of miles away). I was wondering if there are any android apps that will allow a desktop computer to remotely control an android phone.
