Dull headache that I have had for about a week?

About a week ago iAd an ocular migrane which is a visual disturbance without the usaually associated headache. I started to rub my face alot and as a result my sinuses inflammed. For the past week I have had a dull pain in my head usually on the right side but has moved almost everywhere within the last week. It is not bad at all and only last for about 4 seconds at a time normally my sinuses don't feel as bad anymore but the headache has not subsided. Any suggestions
