Do you think African Americans are more racist than white people?

I am not racist in any way, so please don't call me that. Now with my question: Has anybody noticed that white people get called racist for saying something even remotely negative that has something to do with Black people? For example, has anyone been called racist for saying that you don't agree with Obama? Or for saying you liked the way Bush handled _____ (insert situation)? Or even give a description of a person and saying that they are black? I've taken note of this and are wondering if anyone else has, because it is really getting under my (white) skin.
