Well basically, my friend has been annoying the **** out of my recently bragging about going to the gym to get 'ripped' so I said that you don't really need to go to the gym to get ripped, he ofc thinking he is the best said that it's the only say so I told him before we go on Holiday I bet I can remotely ripped without touching the gym, I already have a decent dumbells set, push up grips, pull up bars etc....Just wondering if I consider my diet and everything is it possible to get 'ripped' without going to the gym?
