After coming back from vaccation in April and June this year I had spotting.?

I had menopause 4 years back. After first time spotting I got ultrasound, pap smear, hystescopy and D& C done for biopsy. All results were O.K.. Only endometrium was 6.5.now for the second time spotting has occurred. All my life if I were to travel I would get premature periods iether on way to destination or during my stay or on return journey. Could the same thing would be happening now. Could it be some kind of harmone disturbance. Incidentally I am a migraine patient too
